RULES
AND REGULATIONS |

Members
with skin infections, epileptic disorders, under influence
of liquor / drugs / intoxicants will not be permitted
inside the swimming pool.

Diving,Racing
and the warming-up pool is strictly prohibited.
-
The
management reserves the right to withdraw / terminate
/ refuse permission or cancel the
membership without assigning any reason and to change
the rules and regulations from time to time.

The
members are requested to enter the “Time-In”
and “Time-Out” register while using the swimming
pool.
-
Membership
is not transferable and they are requested to bring the
membership card daily.
-
Only
non-transparent swimming costumes are permitted.
-
Photography
is strictly prohibited.
-
Food
stuffs are not permitted at the pool deck area.
-
Smoking,
Drinking is strictly prohibited.
-
The
users have no right to make any claim whatsoever for any
kind of accident / injury / loss of life (or) property.
